The Big Bads

Quirky, Fresh and Fun

www.thebigbads.com

Cover PicI first became aware of The Big Bads when I read an email from Georgie, the lead singer addressed to most of the Brooklands Radio presenters.  It was a fun, unusual and endearing email introducing the band and I just had to acknowledge and reply.  The Big Bads are Georgie on lead vocals, Michael on keys and backing vocals and Mark on guitar and backing vocals.  Their songs are uplifting, infectious, and happy, with a strong infusion of pop.

Watching them play live it is immediately obvious they are in total harmony with each other, and this is echoed by the sense I got when I interviewed them andStudio although all three were answering questions, it felt like I was talking to one person!  Their current singe ‘Take Me Home’ is available for download on iTunes and there is a very likable video to accompany it which you may watch below.

The session was memorable and fun, and they even performed the weather in their own inimitable style to Eric Idle’s immortal Bright Side of Life! (watch video below)
